We have a well established management structure with roles at all levels from graduate to senior professional, associate, team manager and partner which offers a clear path for career development.
The background of our professional and technical staff is typically a degree followed by further study to gain membership of construction industry professional bodies; (RICS, RIBA, APM, ICE, ISTRUCTE, CIBSE etc.). Many staff continue their training in specialist areas of interest, leading to further qualifications and specialist memberships (for example the Chartered Institute of Housing, Institute of Safety & Health and the Association of Project Safety). All staff undertake Life Long Learning, which ensures that they are kept at the forefront of good practice and technical innovation. Consequently, our people are equipped to tackle any situation and are able to offer practical solutions with the minimum possible delay and associated cost.
